Savor the comforting flavors of Southern home-style cooking with a spring-inspired twist at Memphis Cafe. The refreshed dinner menu features Memphis Cafe’s signature dishes reimagined, such as the award winning smoky gumbo and seafood jambalaya, along with new seasonal dishes showcasing the flavors of spring.

The fried green tomatoes with lobster salad is a must try. The batter around the green tomatoes is light with a great crunch. A perfect compliment to the fresh lobster roll style salad with tarragon, smoked paprika vinaigrette, and dandelion greens on top.

“My inspiration for the new dinner menu came from Memphis Café’s humble beginnings, over 20 years ago, as a food, drink and community destination” said Memphis Café Executive Chef Diego Velasco. “You will see seasonal interpretations of our classics alongside new dishes focused on presentation and fresh flavors that highlight the various regions of American cuisine.”

The new spring dinner menu at Memphis Cafe will unveil on March 12, 2018.
