When it’s over 100 degrees outside at 8:00 a.m. in Palm Springs, our go to breakfast is an ice cold Bloody Mary with lots of goodies!

Palm Springs Mary:

Bloody Mary- Palm Springs

In a large pitcher mix together-

  • 3 cups of Clamato Original- our favorite tomato cocktail juice. It’s thin and fresh.
  • 2-4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon of hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • Juice of a lime or lemon
  • Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Then in a tall glass add ice and 1oz shot of your favorite vodka or more… we don’t judge. 🙂

Then garnish with lots of yummy goodies- we recommend:

  • Shrimp
  • Bacon strip
  • Olives
  • Dill Pickle Spear
  • Celery stick
  • Lime wedge

Cheers & Enjoy!
